India's first women-friendly residential project, "Prospera by DAC," has been unveiled by the DAC Developers, a leading builder in Chennai. The luxury housing initiative is designed with women's safety, comfort, and empowerment in mind, offering 165 apartments in a Stilt 5 floor structure, featuring exclusive amenities such as,

  • She-Corner: A women-exclusive space for relaxation and networking.

  • Women-only gym: A dedicated fitness space.

On April 19, 2025, a pre-launch event at the project site honored women achievers like Latha Pandiarajan, Dr. Saranya Jaikumar, and Veena Kumaravel for their contributions to society. The event, attended by over 4,000 attendees, showcased Andrea Jeremiah's musical performance and awards for their outstanding achievements.

The official launch of Prospera in Porur, Chennai, along with the commencement of apartment sales is scheduled for April 25-27, 2025. S.
