CREDAI to Launch Women's Wing to Promote Inclusive Workplace for Women
By: WE Staff | Wednesday, 27 September 2023
CREDAI stands for Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Association of India is a well-established national association of large and small real estate developers. The construction firm used to be recognized as a male-dominated industry but CREDAI is working to promote an inclusive workplace where women can play a significant role.
Promoting women in the workforce is the need to develop the society. They contribute their perspectives, skills, and strengths, which will improve and support the company's expansion and success. CREDAI is planning to launch the women's wing in Mangaluru seeing the rise of women working in the real estate industry. This women's wing will include national-level work with a determined plan to help women become knowledgeable and prosperous business owners. The women's wing of CREDAI (CWW) seeks to gender-neutralize the real estate sector.
To promote more active female participation, CWW created an incubation program that offered a robust networking forum.
There are currently more than 75 women's wing chapters across the nation that are prepared to run the business, with the first one being established in Pune in 2016.
On September 27 at 7 p.m. at the Iccan Pearl Hotel in Mangaluru, the official launch and installation of the CREDAI women's wing will be held.
