Colombia has officially end up the 8th United States within the global to adopt a feminist foreign policy, aimed toward promoting the rights of women and LGBTQIA groups. The announcement was made by Colombian Foreign Minister Laura Sarabia on the eve of the International Day of Women in Diplomacy, as she signed a decree formalizing the coverage, referred to as Política Exterior Feminista (PEF).
