In order to empower women and give them equal opportunities to become financially independent, the reputable and well-known preschool and daycare chain Footprints Childcare recently announced its collaboration with the Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Gurugram. This partnership is being carried out under the auspices of the Government of Haryana. Women will be given access to preprimary teaching training through the association in order to help them take advantage of chances in the training facilities or schools that specialise in early childhood education. Additionally, the organisation wants to give women the abilities they need to start their own preschools.

The Following Key Pointers Will Be the Focus of Women Empowerment Training:

Optimal Mealtimes, Advice for Passing Interviews, Active Learning Strategies, Children's Learning Developmental Milestones, Presentation Techniques for Pre-Primary Teachers.

Finding solutions to disputes and problems

This particular course, which included all the principles of early development, was held daily for a period of 2.5 months from 10 am to 1 pm. The instruction provided future teachers with a strong foundation in key theories and their practical implementation. The training gave the teachers all the necessary knowledge and abilities so they could have an impact on the lives of the young students.

One of the training's biggest advantages is that it will significantly empower women. For the women who were previously unable to fully appreciate the freedom of financial earning, this training will help open the doors to a variety of opportunities. With this programme, participants can start their own playschools, learning centres, and much more. In addition, women will be urged to enter the employment, giving them the confidence they need to pursue their objectives. The education will encourage more women to pursue careers in childcare and early childhood education, which will contribute to the advancement of women.

"We are incredibly proud to partner with HIPA in order to support a number of women who are driven to change the early learning landscape. According to Raj Singhal, CEO of Footprints Childcare, "With the correct talents, we are convinced that they will improve the sector while establishing a solid niche and financial security for themselves.

"I sincerely appreciate HIPA & Footprints Childcare for this exceptional opportunity. This cutting-edge training for the industry was really beneficial, and I have no doubt that it will help me transform my love of teaching into a stable career," Anju Kumari, a training participant.

A chain of playschools and daycare facilities called Footprints Childcare is owned and operated by IIT-IIM graduates, and it is dedicated to inspiring young children to love learning and academics. Footprints' distinctive and cutting-edge curriculum is created to guarantee children's overall development, including their physical and psychological well-being. With 85+ centres spread over 15+ cities, Footprints has a large presence all over India. To date, Footprints has provided 100+ parents with transparent service. The learning centre is renowned for its cutting-edge curriculum and focus on kid safety.

Footprints is the ideal option for parents since it offers Live CCTV to preserve complete openness with parents, is very rigorous about its no-junk policy, and focuses on providing young children with a nutritional meal.
