By: WE Staff | Tuesday, 20 August 2024
CARD91 has launched "Reignite," a program aimed at empowering women professionals to return to the workforce after a career break. The program provides resources like upskilling opportunities, mentorship, and flexible work arrangements, aiming to tap into the underutilized potential of experienced professionals and foster a more inclusive work environment.
Reignite offers skill refreshment modules and mentorship from experienced professionals as mentors to the participants to ensure success. CARD91 also offers personalized career planning services. By targeting women who have taken career breaks, the program reduces the stigma associated with career breaks and showcases their value to the workforce. Reignite aligns with industry trends, promoting gender diversity and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Reignite offers personalized onboarding, skill refreshment, mentorship, and a collaborative environment for women professionals with a career gap of 3-6 years and 4 years of prior work experience. Eligibility includes diverse backgrounds and industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and perspectives.
CARD91 CEO Ajay Pandey mentions, "We are incredibly proud to launch Reignite. This program reflects our commitment to diversity and inclusion. By providing a supportive pathway for women to re-enter the workforce, we are not just filling positions. Still, we are tapping into a reservoir of talent and experience that will drive innovation and growth at CARD91 and across the fintech industry."
