Following the successful conclusion of the hiring process, the successful candidates will be groomed through Capgemini's intensive 8-10 week central training programme.
The training platform NEXT provides candidates with a highly personalised learning experience through a variety of courses from Coursera, Pluralsight, and UDEMY, among others. In addition to the day-to-day coaching of faculty members, the learning is immersive in nature, with a focus on hands-on learning supported by subject matter experts from project teams. Insight & Data, Digital Technologies, Enterprise Application Solutions, Cloud Infra Services, Web Technologies, Testing, and Systems Technologies are among the technologies covered in the training. The amount of technology allocated is determined by the business demand and your credentials.
Meanwhile, the firm reported higher first-quarter revenue on Thursday, citing growth in its cloud and data activities as it capitalises on clients' digital transformation.
The company, which provides consulting, digital, technical, and engineering services, recorded sales of 5.17 billion euros ($5.44 billion) in the first quarter, rising 17.7% at constant exchange rates year over year.
Capgemini announced earnings that beat expectations last year, owing to a shift to cloud-based computing, while it cautioned that demand for higher compensation and the expense of workers returning to the office will impact on profits in 2022.
The Paris-based company's total staff stood at 340,700 at the end of March, growing 24% year on year.
