Lakshmi Ganesh, Head of Human Resources & Administration at Auxilo Finserve, explained the company's dedication to these initiatives, stating, "At Auxilo, our women workforce currently stands at 21% of our employee base, and we recognize the unique challenges that they may face in their professional journeys. It is important to create a work environment that empowers them."

Extended Work from Home: Auxilo Finserve now offers a three-month extended work-from-home option for women employees following their maternity leave. This initiative acknowledges the importance of a flexible work environment, particularly for new mothers.

Menstrual Leaves: The company has introduced paid menstrual leaves to support the overall well-being of women employees. This provision recognizes the unique health needs of female employees.

Half-Day Half-Pay Work Options: To further enhance work-life balance and flexibility, Auxilo Finserve provides the choice of working half-days at half-pay for women employees post-maternity.

Training & Personality Development Programs: The company conducts a range of programs, including mentorship sessions, skill-sharing workshops, and women-specific development activities. These initiatives are designed to enhance career growth and skills development among female employees.

Lakshmi Ganesh emphasized that these initiatives aim to improve the work-life balance of women employees, support their overall well-being, help them through their post-maternity period, enhance their skill sets through career development initiatives, and offer mentorship sessions. She added that these initiatives are part of a broader effort to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment.

Auxilo Finserve Private Limited is a prominent non-banking finance company (NBFC) that specializes in providing education finance to students and educational institutions in India. The company has a notable track record, having provided education loans to over 10,000 aspiring students across 1,100 universities and educational institutes in more than 25 countries.
