Antler India leads a $270K pre-seed round for Female Wellness Startup Salad

Salad, a female health startup, has raised $270,000 through Antler India's Antler India Residency initiative, which aims to assist founders in finding the appropriate Co-founder for a long-lasting and fruitful partnership.

Through the use of technology, Salad equips women with the knowledge they need to understand their hormones and take the required actions to effectively manage their own health and way of life.

Aruna Chawla, the founder and CEO of Salad, became aware of how little women know about their own bodies at the beginning of 2020. Salad Condoms were the first item the firm sold.

In August 2022, Karishma Rathaur (Co-Founder and COO) joined Salad. She has overseen product strategy and growth at large-scale consumer tech firms.

Aruna spent the previous six years working in the field of women's health and research. Karishma was a member of the original Uber India team.

Antler India Residency is the most exclusive community of aspiring entrepreneurs in India, and it offers a variety of interventions and activities that are intended to foster deep relationships and productive partnerships.

Antler assists creators with customer validation, creating an MVP, and developing a go-to-market plan after they have recruited a co-founder and refined their idea.
