Amit Shah Praises Akshay Kumar's Samrat Prithviraj, Calling it a Story of Women Empowerment

The film Samrat Prithviraj, starring Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar, has wowed Home Minister Amit Shah. Amit Shah, who spoke about the Akshay Kumar starrer at a special screening in Delhi on June 1, stated that the film represents Indian ethos of respecting women.
Home Minister Amit Shah, speaking at the special screening of Samrat Prithviraj in Delhi, said, "Samrat Prithviraj is not only the story of an unparalleled warrior who fought bravely for our motherland, but it also reflects the greatness of our culture. The film depicts the Indian culture of respecting and empowering women. Our 1000 years of fight have not been in vain. A cultural awakening started in India in 2014, and it will again take India to the heights it was once at. Overcoming many obstacles and difficulties, India's pride, greatness, culture and our ‘Swadharma’ have once again been restored to the same glory today. I congratulate the entire team of Samrat Prithviraj, especially the creative art direction team.”
Akshay Kumar-led film Samrat Prithviraj is based on the brave King Prithviraj Chauhan's life. The superstar will portray the heroic warrior who bravely fought against Muhammad of Ghor. Sanyogita, King Prithviraj Chauhan's sweetheart, is played by Manushi Chhillar.
Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood both star in the film. Samrat Prithviraj will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on June 3rd.
This film illustrates the Indian culture of women being respected and empowered. In 2014, India had a cultural awakening that will once again propel the country to its former heights.
