AmazeWIT Conference 2023 held by Amazon India on Women Empowerment in Tech

In accordance with upskilling and giving women a meaningful career opportunity in the technological sector, Amazon hosted the third AmazeWIT - Amazon Women in Technology Conference on August 2 in Bengaluru. Women were empowered by the day-long hybrid conference and had the chance to learn about cutting-edge technologies and professional development through curated sessions, the sharing of best practices, mentorship, and guidance opportunities as well.

"Empowering Inclusion, Fostering Belonging," was the theme of this event which gave women from the technology sector the chance to learn from inspiring stories and experiences. The conference had an interesting list of topics that included networking opportunities, discussions about technology that accomplished women in the tech sector by the leaders of Amazon, and also some insightful chats.

There were sessions such as inclusion and belonging, exploring the range of cutting-edge innovations at Amazon, building inclusive tech teams, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well at the AmazeWIT 2023.

More than 400 people have attended the AmazeWIT Conference 2023 including tech leaders and women who work as business intelligence engineers, technical program managers, and also software development engineers. Women who enrolled themselves in science and technology were chosen after a thorough screening and shortlisting process and also attended the event. The Amazon team participated in the event by exhibiting their most recent initiatives, technological visions, interaction with the attendees and also providing insight into their respective industries.
