The award was given at the CII Global Summit on Technology, R&D, and Intellectual Property held on the 16-17th of December, 2025 at Le Meridien, New Delhi.

While accepting the award, Aditi said, "This award is not only an award but a badge of responsibility to encourage women who are entering operations-intensive and male-dominated fields like fuel tech, IoT, and R&D. It emboldens us at Repos to build a future-ready fuel ecosystem and women leaders/innovators in the energy transition space in India.”
In the previous years, the leadership qualities of Aditi have been awarded and recognized by many organizations, some of which include the National Startup Award 2021 from the Government of India, invitation from the President for People initiative, and recognition from Fortune India 40 under 40 lists.
