ADBWC & Publicis Groupe Middle East to Launch Project Ra'idah for Women Entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi

  • The alliance is looking forward to launch a new project for supporting women entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi

Recently, the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council teamed up with Publicis Groupe Middle East to kick off a new project called ‘Ra'idah’. This initiative is all about supporting women entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi.

The goal is to help women grow their businesses by providing them with essential skills, especially around digital and social media marketing, to help boost their success. The program will run throughout the entire year.

Council Chairwoman Asma Al Fahim mentioned that the program plans to support 10 women entrepreneurs in its first year, through this partnership with Publicis Groupe. This initiative will involve workshops as well as advanced trainings that would offer key skills alongside connections for participants that are essential for building a successful business over the long term.

“Through this partnership, we aim to equip women entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to scale their businesses,” said Publicis Groupe Middle East & Türkiye CEO Basil Kakish. “We are honoured to support Abu Dhabi’s vision of fostering entrepreneurship and to work alongside the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council in expanding knowledge and unlocking new opportunities for women in business.”

The Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council (ADBWC) was founded in 2001, under the honorary chairmanship of Her Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, with a decision by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) Board of Directors.

Moreover, Publicis Groupe Middle East was founded in 1926, catering in the Advertising Services industry, being the most valuable agency holding company in the world.
