In line with his dedication to "nari shakti," Prime Minister Modi has introduced a number of initiatives since taking office in May 2014.

Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao
BBBP, or Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, attempts to increase the ratio of child sex to adult sex (CSR). Additionally, it ensures the girl child's survival, safety, and education.
Mantri Pradhan Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY)
Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) provides rural and underprivileged households with discounted LPG connections. The programme is intended to help women who employ unhealthy traditional cooking techniques.
Mahila E-Haat
The Center launched Mahila E-Haat, an online marketing tool, with the aim of assisting female businesses.
Mishra Shakti Kendras
Mahila Shakti Kendra promotes "community engagement" as a means of empowering rural women.
National Creche Scheme
The National Creche Scheme for Children of Working Mothers was introduced by the Women and Child Development Ministry in 2017.
Greater Political Representation
