Returnship programme Resume gives women who have taken a mid-career hiatus the chance to rejoin the workforce through a six-month internship. The programme offers learning opportunities to facilitate a smooth transition back into the workforce.
Country, April 18, 2023 - The 2023 edition of Resume, the flagship initiative of Fidelity Investments India that gives women taking a mid-career hiatus the chance to re-enter the workforce, has been announced. The initiative aims to draw from this enormous reservoir of potential employees, enhancing the organization's diversity and fostering its high-performance culture.
Candidates get mentoring, educational opportunities, and project team integration during the six-month programme. They have access to internship possibilities at all academic levels and corporate divisions, such as operations, technology, analytics, and business-enabling groups.
