She has over two decades of illustrious leadership experience in a variety of fields, including human resource management, youth skilling, training, and women's assistance. Priya is a dedicated social entrepreneur and interior designer in addition to her professional accomplishments. Her substantial engagement in content production, support for female weavers, product curation, and the development of markets for women-owned enterprises exemplifies her dedication to improving the lives of women.
Additionally, Priya Subodh has achieved tremendous advancements in digital marketing, product innovation, and client interaction. Her devotion to promoting good change is demonstrated by her volunteer donations to 1M1B and its programmes that focus on women's empowerment.

Priya Subodh will also play a crucial role in managing commercial growth, forming new alliances, extending the reach of the Foundation, and building a strong partner ecosystem for grassroots programmes.
A United Nations-accredited organisation, 1M1B Foundation was founded in 2014 with the goal of involving one million people in positively affecting one billion lives. The Foundation runs several programmes in rural and village communities around the nation, with a special emphasis on women's emancipation.
