With a degree in Interior Design and certification as a Vastu Visharad, Yougita has spearheaded the creation of more than 300 projects across residential, commercial, and institutional spaces. Prioritizing strong client relationships, her focused and dedicated approach drives her team to deliver innovative, high-quality and impactful results.

Take us through the formative years of your life and key influences that shaped your life’s trajectory?

Early on, I was deeply drawn to understanding art and science of design, particularly how thoughtful space planning shapes our environment, influences the way we live and impacts how we feel. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a profound interest for interior design, inspiring me to create spaces that truly enhance the human behaviour.

What led you to foray into the field of interior design? Tell us about your professional journey in interior design.

My journey into interior design was sparked by a natural fascination with how spaces shape our emotions and connections. Even as a child, I was drawn to creating harmony from chaos, whether by rearranging furniture at home or observing how colors, textures, and materials could transform a room’s atmosphere.

Over time, this curiosity evolved into a deep interest in both the creative and technical aspects of design, ultimately inspiring me to pursue it with purpose and passion.

In early chapters of my career, I had the privilege of working with renowned organization such as L&T, Lear Corporations, Bharti AXA, and others. These roles offered me invaluable exposure to the world of design, navigating complex challenges to executing projects at a large scale.

Each experience sharpened my understanding of quality, deepened my appreciation for client expectations, and reinforced the power of precision and detail in every piece of work.

What led you to establish Ccreative Interiors? Tell us about the underlying idea and vision behind the venture.

Ccreative Interiors was born from a simple belief that good design should be within everyone’s reach. What began as a small setup in Navi Mumbai has grown into a foundation of trust, quality and deep understanding of middle-class lifestyles, offering accessible interiors without compromising on excellence.

Empathy, openness, and forward-thinking design are at the core of Ccreative Interiors. Whether transforming a studio apartment or a commercial space, we prioritize listening deeply, designing intentionally and delivering on our promises. This principle-driven method has helped us build a loyal client base and expand sustainably.

What key roles and responsibilities do you shoulder as the Founder of Ccreative Interiors? How do you balance between the firm’s everyday operations while working on design projects?

As the founder of Ccreative Interiors, I balance the creative and strategic sides of the business. I set the overall design and ensure that every project reflects a thoughtful blend of form, function, and affordability. From the initial client consultations through to project delivery, I stay hands-on to guide concept development and support the execution process with clarity and care.

I lead both the creative direction and daily operations at the studio, guiding skilled team through every phase of project delivery. With a turnkey model, I take care of all aspects, from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction be at the core of our work. This dual involvement ensures we exceed client expectations and strengthen our presence as a trusted solutions provider.

What is your approach to facilitating positive project outcomes? Where do you draw inspiration from as a creative professional?

I believe successful design outcomes are built on foundation of trust, communication, and purpose. By investing time upfront to understand each client’s aspirations and practical needs, I create thoughtful, customized strategies that balance aesthetic ambition with feasibility.

My process is transparent and collaborative, leveraging team input, managing expectations, and maintaining alignment through on-site engagement. Consistent quality checks and a solutions-first attitude support seamless execution and long-term value.

Creativity for me stems from a deep awareness of my surroundings. Everyday moments, natural forms, architectural elements, and rich cultural traditions all influence my design language. I combine global design awareness with a deep connection to Indian craft and materials, ensuring each space tells a unique story.

Looking back which key professional mile­stones standout for you?

Launching Ccreative Interiors was a pivotal achievement that fulfilled a goal I had held close since childhood. Building a business from the ground up and seeing it take shape was both a personal victory and a professional breakthrough.
