Having Worked In Funding And Business Development For Over Seven Years, I Possess A Great Deal Of Knowledge And Expertise In My Role. In Addition To Being A Chartered Accountant, I Have Also Completed Two Levels Of The Cfa (Usa) Course, Which Has Given Me A Deep Understanding Of Financial Principles. I Began My Career As A Tax Consultant With Ernst And Young (Mumbai). I Have Also Contributed To The Transition Of Multiple Indirect Taxes To Gst, Which Was Both Challenging And Rewarding. Later, I Moved To The Renewable Energy Industry And Worked For Rays Power Infra, Initially As Part Of Their Accounting And Finance Team. As I Became More Experienced With Tax Handling, I Developed A Strong Interest In Acquisitions And Eventually Transitioned To The Business Development Team. Since Then, I Have Been Instrumental In Driving The Company's Growth And Success.

When And How Did Your Interest In Renewable Energy Start? What Do You Think Of The Indian Renewable Energy Market As It Stands Right Now?

I Am Passionate About The Environment, And I Have Always Been Eager To Work In An Industry That Contributes To The Transition To Clean Energy. When I Relocated To Jaipur In 2017, I Saw An Opportunity To Expand My Career Options By Joining Rpipl, And I Jumped At The Chance. As A Business Leader In The Renewable Energy Sector, I Believe It Is Our Collective Responsibility To Address These Challenges And Promote The Transition To Cleaner Energy Sources. To Achieve A Sustainable Future, We Must Continue To Invest In Research And Development, Work With Stakeholders To Establish Favorable Policies, And Collaborate To Overcome The Obstacles That Lie Ahead.

Rpipl Is A Highly Regarded Solar Power Company In India That Has Implemented Over 1.2gw Of Capacity Across The Solar Value Chain, Both In India And Abroad. As The Deputy General Manager Of The Business Development Team, I Work Closely With The Chief Business Officer To Facilitate The Sale Of Under-Development, Under-Construction, And Operational Solar Projects To Both Domestic And Global Investors. My Responsibilities Include Preparing Persuasive Pitch Book Presentations, Conducting Thorough Valuations, Cost Analyses, And Budgeting, Performing Diligent Techno-Commercial Analyses, Leading Strategic Decision-Making Efforts, Coordinating Between Various Departments, And Overseeing The Successful Completion Of Each Project Sale.

My Aim Is To Promote Rpipl's Innovative And Sustainable Solar Solutions To A Diverse Range Of Investors, Thereby Driving The Growth Of Renewable Energy Infrastructure And Contributing To A Cleaner, Greener Future.

In My Role As A Non-Technical Project Manager Leading A Technical Project, I Sometimes Face Challenges When Navigating Technical Jargon That Is Still Unfamiliar To Me. Because I Am Responsible For Bringing Business To The Company, I Take Proactive Measures To Remain Efficient And Informed. In Addition, I Have Found That Practicing Meditation And Yoga Helps Me To Stay Calm And Focused, Allowing Me To Approach My Work With Clarity & Purpose. Ultimately, My Objective Is To Utilize My Unique Perspective And Skillset To Deliver Outstanding Results For The Company And Ensure The Success Of Each Project That I Manage.

I Have Accomplished Many Significant Achievements. One Such Achievement Took Place During My Time At Ey, Where I Managed To Process Refund Claims Of Over 10+ Crore Of Cenvat Credit For A Client Independently, Which Was A Tough And Intricate Task.

At Rpipl, I Am Delighted To Have Been Part Of A Team That Sold 190 Mw Of Operational Assets To Global Investors, Leading To The Company Becoming Net Debt-Free. The Process Involved Overcoming Several Challenges Related To Regulatory, Legal, Technical, And Financial Aspects Of The Deal, Which Necessitated Strategic Thinking, Negotiations, And Due Diligence.

My Success Mantra Has Always Been To Work Diligently And Persistently Without Expecting Immediate Recognition Or Accolades. I Believe That The Outcomes Of My Hard Work Will Eventually Speak For Themselves, And That Has Been My Driving Force Throughout My Career.
