Take us through your early educational journey and prior industry experience that you bring to the table.

I hold 15 years of professional training experience as a certified corporate Trainer, a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the American Board of NLP, and a Certified Practitioner of Global Leadership Assessment 360 by Marshall Goldsmith. My passion for learning helped me earn double MBA degrees, one in Human Resources from Symbiosis and the other in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. With such knowledge, I gained the confidence to open my training company, Wisdomarchy, and pursue my dream to help individuals and organizations with impactful and altering training solutions. As a corporate trainer, I have worked for the IT, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and BPO industries in my early stages. I had the privilege to train executives, fresher, managers, directors, and CEOs of all age groups and from different cultural backgrounds. My job included traveling, which helped me gain exposure to different environments. Hence, my company is all about working in diversity, and we focus on people's needs and their areas of improvement. As we connect with people and understand their concerns well, we mostly receive positive feedback and client recommendations from organizations.

“As a corporate trainer for the last 15 years, i designed my training sessions with well-researched content and frameworks on various topics practiced worldwide”

What critical business challenges did you face while leading the organization, and how did you overcome them?

As my family does not have any business background, my biggest challenge was to make the company hold a concrete position in the competitive market while being on a budget. Continuous learning and upskilling myself is the only way to overcome these challenges, so I started learning website designing to design my company website. To add to that, I also practiced social media marketing to increase my company's reach. This is what I would like to convey to each individual today that the power of learning new skills has become easy through Wisdomarchy and many other platforms, it's just your effort to learn a new skill and use it to your benefit and others to make a change.

Tell us about your expertise as a business/career advisor. How does your experience aid you in your current role as the founder & director at Wisdomarchy?

Working as a trainer for the last 15 years, I have always loved my job, as it helped me interact with such creative and intellectual minds. It challenged me to improve my coaching skills and make the training content more informative and engaging by using worldwide frameworks. The most significant experience in my career so far has been that I was fortunate enough to train people from different cultures, age groups, and professions. Working in diversity helps you grow as an individual, brings you new ideas and opens lines to new opportunities. As I discussed my certifications earlier, I always believed in keeping up with the competitive corporate world by learning what is new in the market in training. My passion for coaching and helping people kept increasing my ability to interact with people from all over the world, making it easy for me to connect and understand their problems and resolve them. I think this is what training is all about: it is about effective communication.
