Take Us Through Your Early Educational Journey And The Experience That You Bring To The Table. What Are Some Key Business Lessons That You Have Learned Through Your Prior Industry Experience?

I hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), focused in International Business Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. I find anything and everything interesting, having said that, I opted for multiple degrees, where I covered a minimum of two years in engineering, public administration, and psychology. These tidbits of knowledge come in handy when I'm dealing with diverse people and organizing operations.

“I believe that if one is well-equipped and well taught in whatever they're offering, they can contribute more not only to the firm but also to their own career”

When it comes to business lessons, it's about seeing the bigger picture. Throughout my career, I was privileged to work with global leaders and handling various teams. They taught me how to look at the entire thing as one organization, and try to work keeping the end-goals and perspectives in mind. Even today, the more I interact with individuals, the more I learn and get inspired. They're so motivated that I enjoy seeing them work, wherever they find a new thing, even a simple shortcut lightens up the space.

Walk Us Through Your Prior Industry Experience. How Has Your Professional Journey Been So Far?

My professional journey has been ever interesting, intriguing, and challenging. I started my career during my college days doing promotions mostly on the educational front. Wherever huge Educational Expos took place I used to volunteer, and I also worked as a volunteer for World Wide Fund. Following that, I worked as a technical executive for an organization before moving on to HSBC, where I spent most of my career years. Initially, I was hired to migrate processes from France (Since I'm a fluent French speaker) and later I handled couple of lean automation projects as well. At the time, several new technologies like OCR and lean automation were on the boom, which piqued my interest in the upcoming technologies. And it was at that time that I left HSBC to work as a Marketing Manager for a real estate company. Until then, I had only worked in the corporate world; however, moving into the real estate industry taught me how real the world can be in terms of money, how everything works in terms of work culture, and how different individuals with different perspectives and opinions are required. It was tough at times, but it demonstrated or assisted me in being more open to various cultures across sectors.

How Do You Keep Yourself Well Aligned With The Periodic Evolutions Occurring Within The Industry And The Tech World In General?

It's remarkable how what you see today becomes a perception next week, especially with the technology that we're working with, which is well-known and is being promoted by the majority of top industries. Recently, we started promotions through filters on those that are there on Facebook and Instagram. Apart from that, we are also covering the web AR for accessing the current networking capabilities. And to keep up with the changing market dynamics I run through articles as well as I'm well informed and updated, being a member of various groups. Significantly, working with the defense has been particularly beneficial since their thought process and approach to current demands and growing technology are best-in-class, and they are the first to give inputs.

Amidst Your Time-Consuming Professional Life, How Do You Strive To Strike A Balance Between Your Work And Personal Life? Are There Any Hobbies Or Activities That You Like To Indulge In When Time Permits?

I was a corporate player for throw ball and tennis. Over the past two years, I'm honing on indoor hobbies such as painting and crochet, and I strive to sell myself in anything I'm learning. When I'm having a tough day, I try to divert my mind to them to help me relax. Also, I like to spend my leisure time on vacations somewhere tranquil and pleasant to relieve stress.
