Brief Us On Your Educational And Professional Background.

I come with 7+ years of experience not only in Law firms but also with Corporate's. I have worked in a Corporate as an IP Head and have extensive experience in Patents, Trademark, Copyrights, Design filing and Prosecution with the Indian & overseas Trademark Office and have worked on Trademark infringement cases as well. Further, I have been involved in matters related to Design infringement and prosecution, copyright protection, which have contributed to strengthening of the overall IP expertise.

The diverse experience has made me know how things work in the back-end and front-end. It has helped me evolve professionally and gave me the confidence to start my firm. My expertise is in the IP - Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs as I am a Registered Patent & Trademark Attorney. I completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy and LLB from the University of Mumbai. I also pursued a Postgrad Diploma in Patent law and Practice from NMIMS University. I have been a speaker in various Colleges and various IP conferences in India.
