Tell us about your professional journey as a tech marketer. What have been some of the most crucial junctures throughout your expansive professional journey?

Throughout my professional journey as a tech marketer, one of the most pivotal moments was the expansion into electronic kit-based learning platforms, complementing traditional education methods. We developed hands-on, easy-to-understand projects in areas like IoT, robotics, and sensor technology, integrating related software, hardware, and firmware. Explaining these complex technologies in a way that students can grasp and apply to create workable products has been both challenging and rewarding. Our company’s focus on research and innovation has been key in providing an effective learning experience. Additionally, training teachers to simplify these advanced concepts has ensured long-term success in education.

Rank2Top.com is an educational platform that is a product of IoTtech Smart Products, offering innovative learning solutions. It began with video-based tech teachings and evolved into a hub for online learning and skill development, providing electronic kits and various resources. We offer educational videos, live-streamed classes, MCQs, eBooks, and grade 7-12 notes, along with courses like 3D modeling, AI, IoT, and mobile app development. As Director, I oversee strategic planning, sales growth, and product enhancement based on user feedback. I focus on analyzing our learning kits, videos, and manuals, ensuring students and schools receive high-quality, interactive tools, including access to our Learning Management System (LMS).

Tell us about your current focus areas in terms of driving growth for Rank2Top.

Currently, our focus at Rank2Top is on expanding STEM labs in schools by providing electronic learning kits and setting up AI labs integrating IoT, robotics, and sensors. We are creating quality learning videos, eBooks, and manuals to support these projects. We're also introducing simulation learning software and cloud computing with both online and offline access. To drive growth, we're leveraging social media, webinars, and workshops, while expanding internationally by partnering with educational centers and negotiating with government officials in other countries.

In your opinion what are some of the most critical challenges you encounter in your current role? What steps do you undertake to overcome these roadblocks?

As the Director of Rank2Top, I handle planning, strategy, marketing, and product design. One critical challenge we face is building trust in technology among our customers and guiding them to our platform. To overcome this, we have a talented team dedicated to customer engagement and support. Additionally, there is a shortage of skilled teachers for STEM labs, which poses a significant challenge. To address this, we provide regular training for teachers and organize weekly troubleshooting sessions to ensure smooth operation and enhance their confidence in using our tools.

Throw light on the most significant professional milestones you have achieved throughout your professional journey. What has your success mantra been over the years?

One of my most significant professional milestones was developing educational kits tailored to students from classes 1 to 12, complete with easy-to-understand manuals. Creating strategies to teach complex technologies like IoT, robotics, and AI in the simplest way using these kits was another major achievement. My success mantra has always been innovation and embracing unique ideas. Understanding the needs of students and simplifying cutting-edge technologies has driven our progress. This focus on making advanced learning accessible through hands-on tools has been the key to our continued growth and success.
