The Presidency Group of Institutions, established in 1976, possesses a distinguished heritage deeply entrenched in a lineage of reformers and educators. The fundamental principle underlying its existence revolves around the conviction that education possesses the ability to uplift communities and contribute to the betterment of the world. The institution's origins are traced back to its great-grandfather, a prominent advocate and lawyer who recognized education as a potent instrument for societal advancement. This progressive ideology resonated profoundly within the family, propelling them to establish the esteemed Presidency School Bangalore South (PSBS) in the years 2006-2007, as part of the esteemed Presidency Group of Institutions. What advice do you have for aspiring women entrepreneurs or business leaders?
My advice for aspiring women entrepreneurs or business leaders is to believe in themselves and not allow societal expectations or life milestones to restrict their dreams. Women often encounter challenges associated with marriage, motherhood, and balancing family responsibilities. Nevertheless, with a robust support system and unwavering determination, these obstacles can be surmounted. Creating a reliable support system is imperative, whether it is through a supportive partner or a network of friends and family. Such support enables women to pursue their aspirations while fulfilling their household and family obligations. There is no justification for women to abstain from working and pursuing their dreams. It may necessitate careful planning, efficient time management, and seeking assistance when necessary, but with determination and perseverance, success can be attained. My advice is to surround oneself with individuals who believe in one's abilities and potential. Seek out mentors, engage in professional networks, and leverage available resources. Remember that your aspirations are valid, and as an aspiring woman entrepreneur or business leader, you have the capacity to make a significant impact in the business world.
