I come from awell-educated middle-class family from UP, where my parents gave me the freedom to pursue career of my choice and supported wholeheartedly in every aspect of my life. I completed my schooling from UP board, followed by securing admission to the Prestigious GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, where I completed my BSc. Subsequently, I earned my MBA degree from Meerut.My journey hasn't been a smooth all the while it was full of ups and downs. I had to undertake various small jobs, working long hours and struggling to establish my reputation My previous professional experiences have played a vital role in shaping me into the leader I am today. The exposure I gained through my earlier professional experiences has provided me with a broad perspective, adaptability, technical expertise, and valuable insights into team dynamics and effective leadership. I continue to draw upon these experiences to guide my decision-making, inspire and motivate my team, and navigate challenges within the corporate environment.

JMS Education Consultant is a foreign education consultancy in India, offering exceptional service to universities and colleges. This service gives our partner institute the assurance that they have chosen wisely by working with us. Due to the complications during my pregnancy, I embarked on a freelance career as a foreign education consultant. With a wealth of experience spanning over 22 years, I actively cultivated trusting relationships and steadily expanded the business, surmounting various challenges along the way. I successfully established an office in a desirable location, an achievement that fills my heart with pride and satisfaction.

Tell us about your responsibilities as the MD of JMS Education Consultant.

As the managing director of JMS Education Consultant, my primary responsibility is leading the business with a strong commitment to ethics and fair practices. Treating all partners equally and with respect is crucial in creating a level playing field for educational institutions. I prioritize providing students with ethical guidance and aligning their goals with suitable educational opportunities.

Establishing and upholding our organization's reputation for openness, honesty, and integrity is my main objective. I strive for excellence in customer service and consistently expand our service offerings to support growth. Personalized attention to each client is paramount, understanding their specific needs and offering customized solutions. My ultimate goal is to cultivate a loyal customer base and generate positive word-of-mouth recommendations through exceptional service.

One of the most important turning points in my life was when I began working as an education consultant. I was able to successfully lead and support a record number of students in obtaining admission to major educational institutions due to my dedication, knowledge, and ethical practices.

Multiple Branch Expansion: I reached a new milestone by expanding my consultancy to multiple branches as the business expanded and demand for my services rose. This growth was evidence of the faith and confidence that institutions, parents, and students had in my guidance. As a business leader, I prioritize honesty, integrity, and hard work. Ethics shape my decision-making and behaviour, while trust is the foundation for a prosperous company. Dedication and perseverance are key to entrepreneurial success. Building a business takes time, so patience is a valuable quality to adopt. Understand that success may not come immediately and be prepared for slow growth and setbacks. Being adept at multitasking is crucial as an entrepreneur and business leader. Embrace your unique skills and abilities as a woman, such as good communication, intuition, and empathy.
