One such enthusiastic and vibrant leader is Mrinalini, a Cosmetologist, Beauty and skin specialist who holds a variety of qualifications and certifications in the field of Cosmetics, Beauty, and Makeup. Mrinalini is the director of Xania Healthcare, an American Indian corporation based in Ahmedabad, India, and Delaware, USA. Speaking of the company, it specializes in nutritional and dietary supplements that are presented in appealing ways to encourage healthy living. She also founded and runs Mrinaalz Beauty and Healthcare. She has a large number of happy clients all over the world who are pleased with her job. She has also done charitable work by assisting impoverished women in advancing their careers.

In an exclusive interview with Women Entrepreneur Magazine, Mrinalini, Director at Xania walks us through her professional journey along with the unique traits of the company:

Take us through your early educational journey and the prior industry experience that you bring to the table.

I studied cosmetics at a prestigious Indian institution and worked for several reputable companies in Mumbai, India, in the areas of cosmetic formulation and manufacturing. Done so many latest advanced courses from reputed institutions. I've been working in the industry since 2009 and have an extensive understanding of the development and use of a wide range of cosmetic products.

What has been the motivation for getting into the niche field of cosmetics and the personal care industry?

I was born and brought up in Muzaffarpur. I moved to Nagpur for further education, leaving my hometown behind. My family has always encouraged me to persist through adversity while remaining focused on my ambitions. Years of experience, combined with learning and teaching, have given me a thorough understanding of numerous cosmetics and skin care products. I'm an altruistic person at heart who is always willing to help people in need and works for the benefit of society.

Introduce us to Xania. Tell us about the underlying idea behind the venture and some of its most unique features.

With an emphasis on promoting a healthy lifestyle, Xania specializes in nutritional and dietary supplements with a strong belief in restoring good health while keeping diseases at bay. Our nutritional supplements are designed to keep you healthy and keep ailments at bay. Our nutritional products, which come in the shape of pleasant candies and effervescent tablets, ensure adherence to the nutrition and thus devotion to good health. We have designed our products so that both children and adults would enjoy them.

All of our products are manufactured in approved facilities that have been audited by regulatory bodies for GMP and FSSAI. These production facilities are located in the United States, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai. Tell us about the various responsibilities on your shoulder as the Director for Xania.

I currently lead the segment of global cosmetics at Xania Corporation USA. Under this capacity, I look over all of the various skin and hair care products. I've also been assigned to cosmetics research and development. In addition, I have worked on projects for major corporations. I also travel throughout the world giving talks about skin and makeup products and their applications. I have given countless skincare and cosmetics seminars all around the world. I manage Xania’s flagship international hair care brand Suregrow.

I have conducted workshops on makeup and skin treatments across varied places including Gymkhana Club Nairobi, Kenya, MITD Port Louis (Mauritius), Kathmandu (Nepal), Singapore, South Africa, Colombo (Sri Lanka) and multiple locations in India. I have accomplished the makeup of thousands of Brides in India and overseas and successfully carried out multiple corporate makeup assignments.

How have you been maintaining a perfect balance between your professional and personal life? Going forward, what would be the vision and mission of your organization?

Global visibility and success in the cosmetics industry have never stopped me from having the ideal family. I've been instilling good morals and keeping up with all Indian traditions and holidays since I was a child. We are committed to providing high-quality, dependable goods in the preventive healthcare and functional cosmetics markets. Our mission is to create dependable products that are backed up by excellent customer service. Quality shall be practiced in all facets of our business.
