Manisha is a marketing enthusiast with close to two decades of experience and holds a master’s degree in physics with a specialization in digital electronics from Fergusson College, Pune. She started her professional career by working for various firms like Synechr on, Tavisca (part of JPMC), Icertis, and others.

Give Us A Brief About Instazen. What Are The Important Features Of Your Expertise As A Market Strategist & What Are Your Key Market Strategies?

Instazen is a next-generation SaaS platform designed to unlock business potential to unleash growth and profits. We are on a mission to provide a business operating platform for IT and Software Services companies to create a better tomorrow with Zen-like clarity. A platform, which provides a real-time project level profitability dashboard, manages the entire supply chain to reduce revenue leakages and drives a sense of urgency, bridges the gap between target & order book and brings complete transparency across organization to achieve operational excellence.

I've spent most of my career working with SaaS startups and have chosen them over more established alternatives because of the freedom, agility, and ownership they provide. My end-to-end marketing abilities and core competencies will be used for highimpact GTM strategies, market research & analysis, digital marketing, campaign development, and branding, among other things.

I graduated from Fergusson College, Pune University, with a master's degree in Physics with a concentration in Digital Electronics. I've always been interested in the IT field, which was still relatively new when I started working in 2003. I groomed myself with numerous certifications, training, and hands-on experience after discovering my passion and enthusiasm for marketing.

With a track record of increasing revenue and brand awareness for software solutions and SaaS product portfolios, including Synechron and Tavisca (part of JPMC), Icertis, and others by implementing high-impact GTM strategies around the world.

What Are Your Roles And Responsibilities As CMO Of Instazen? How Do You Deal With Challenges Related To Your Current Role?

Being a part of a B2B SaaS startup might be uncertain at times, but if the brand's story is told correctly, it can become quite fascinating. At the same time, starting a SaaS company from scratch can make countless things could go wrong, and the process could take 5-10 years. It often becomes a test of your inventiveness and resilience, from inventing the correct answer to recruiting your team to keep consumers.

The obstacles for a B2B SaaS marketer are mainly identifying true industry gaps, attracting, and maintaining customers, developing a team with the proper skillsets, and not being influenced by fast growth or funding.

Many startups fail to recognize the importance and value of marketing in their early stage and are myopic in their orientation, but Instazen founders transcend this myopia. They understand that expressing the core values and business methodologies with a sharp vision and mission are fundamental building blocks for establishing a strong brand.

What Has Been Your Driving Force In Achieving Successful Career Milestones?

How do you intend to stay updated with the latest technological developments in your field? I owe my success to Tavisca, Icertis, and Synechron, as well as all of the Mentors and Leaders I worked with, who provided me with exposure, direction, and inspiration to do my best. With the new difficulties and opportunities that come with every firm, this passion and love for marketing and its ever-evolving creative nature is a key driving force.

With the expansion of the internet and digital gadgets, particularly mobile phones and virtual working models, digital marketing will continue to grow in India. The digital transformation of organisations, including firms, financial institutions, governmental bodies, educational institutions, and healthcare, has been linked to the wave of developments in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) ecosystem. There has never been more potential for flexibility and diversity in the B2B technology field, and the challenges for a B2B marketer include weaving captivating tales and a people-centric strategy to stay aligned with evolution.

What Would Be Your Advice To Young Girls & Women Who Aspire To Become Future Leaders And Entrepreneurs?

Young women and girls today are more confident in their potential to effect positive change. I'd say having the courage to be yourself and use your unique ability to nurture, care, and compassion to empower others and the community at large. Finally, the current environment necessitates an unconventional strategy to handle the primary challenges.
