Jyothi Noronha: Providing Empowered It Solutions Globally
Jyothi Noronha
CEO & Co-Founder, NeeliTech
Be it life or be it business, persistence and dedication is constant in the mind of a visionary. And a visionary who is blessed with the seed of technology is not only precious but an asset for the society. The innovations in technology have been successful in disrupting the business sector as a whole and transforming how technology is providing solution to real life business problems. Various technological human minds have come up with integrated IT solutions and services (universal and customized) for every possible business domain and ensured better transparency of operations.
Someone among these minds has perfected the art of delivering IT solutions for close to two decades from the experience in corporate companies and has channelized all these learning into own IT services firm with a global outreach. : NeeliTech in 2019 that provides cutting-edge technology services that majorly include automation and artificial intelligence. That someone who is the primary point of discussion here is Jyothi Noronha who started her entrepreneurial journey back in 2015 in the domain of skill development and staffing but finally pivoted into the area of her expertise with her new venture. The focus always was to build a strong women-oriented company with a global presence. Women Entrepreneur engages with Jyothi over a coffee table discussion to know more about NeeliTech and her views as an entrepreneur.
Tell us about NeeliTech along with the services that you offer. Also tell us how do you uniquely run the functions of the company?
In 2019, the opportunity to grow this team and pivot into software development and delivery presented itself. Empowered by the addition of my co-founder Aravind, a technical genius, friend and ex-colleague NeeliTech took shape.
"In our short stint of one and a half years we have more than 10 logos and enterprise customers like Myntra, Arvind brands and many more to our credit"
We slowly grew the team with projects from enterprises and customers abroad, always with the focus to include more and more women into NeeliTech family. The company works in highly agile, customer-focused but flexible way. We started off with a ‘no-office’ mode from day 1. We completely encourage flexible, remote working. It’s easy since the team is very dedicated and take ownership of their deliveries very seriously. The camaraderie and trust built within the team has been responsible for amazing productivity and it’s a privilege to work with such a spirited and positive team.
Where is NeeliTech positioned in the current it sector market of India and what are your thoughts on the present scenario and future of this space?
NeeliTech is one of the leading system integrators in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation space. In our short stint of one and a half years we have more than 10 logos and enterprise customers like Myntra, Arvind Brands and many more to our credit.
RPA is a much in-demand technology today, but the way ahead is “Intelligent Automation”. We are well prepared for the future by seamlessly integrating Artificial Intelligence, Natural language Processing, Machine Learning, data analytics into our solutions and take on more enterprise clients within India and abroad to deliver automation solutions.
Could You Highlight About The Recent And Upcoming Projects That You Have Under Your Belt? What Are Your Strategies And Methodologies In Achieving The Best Of The Results?
One of our early clients is a leading Global Business Services company, providing a range of professional services and solutions in consulting, and operations management. Their clients include some of the best-known global brands. NeeliTech helped them provide automation solutions for their key clients with enormous cost-saving and process efficiency at the same time. This success has ensured that we now work with them as their exclusive automation partner on multiple projects to achieve digital transformation
Recently, we won a deal with a huge account in the retail sector, one of the Indian e-commerce market leaders. They had earlier worked with a global System Integrator but preferred a boutique RPA solution provider and reached out to us for scaling their RPA projects.
This has been an affirmation of our goal to provide focused service beyond customer expectation. It is the only way to ensure we are unique and a preferred partner.
What are your future plans? Where do you see the company moving in the coming days?
Entering the RPA market as pure-play RPA experts gained us a foothold in this exciting world of automation. But the way ahead is “Intelligent Automation” by integrating Artificial Intelligence, Natural language Processing, Machine Learning, data analytics into our solutions
Our aim for the coming year is to build cost-effective, intelligent ready-to-use BOTs for some of the most useful use cases from our customer experience and scale to enterprises across the globe.
