Being the CEO of ISAAC, I must upgrade our world-class services with customers’ expectations and ensure that each client sees their inner and outer beauty blossoming to the fullest. I have a keen interest in keeping myself and my business up to date, due to which I have attended numerous conferences all over the world. If we talk about my role at ISAAC Luxe, it consists of taking care of everything, starting from ensuring the best technologies, to marketing, staff management, social media, and so on.

How Has Your Past Industrial Experience Helped You In Your Current Role As The Ceo At Isaac Luxe?

My past has been a guiding light and I chose to learn from everything I experienced so far. Commencing my career in 2006 in the Aesthetic Industry, I started from the grass-root level and, therefore, I am well aware of what it takes to not just start a business but contribute valuably to it. Me and Dr. Geetika work tirelessly to bring the best technologies and best results and make our customers have the experience that will transform them not just from the outside, but also inside. Remaining abided by the notion - ‘Aesthetics are our business but Relationships are our passion’, we are hopeful that one day, Isaac Luxe will be globally acknowledged for our services and US FDA technologies.

Most Significant Milestones That You Have Achieved So Far In Your Professional Journey?

The most significant milestone I have achieved and the one I take pride in is that we started with 1 clinic and now we have 6 clinics in India and currently, we are in expansion mode. Being the CEO of ISAAC for so many years, I am proud to have a loyal and retained staff to assist us in our journey. Apart from being facilitated in Ohio Cincinnati under the leadership of Dr. Mangat, I have been trained for the Management and Coolsculpting training and visited many conferences, including ICAT Bangkok and 5C Barcelona for CoolTech.

How Do You Maintain A Perfect Work-Life Balance?

It brings me joy to know that I have created the perfect work-home balance. It doesn’t happen all of a sudden, it needs work. My husband being an entrepreneur in Artificial Intelligence has always been my support, and has worked hard with me to create this balance. I am blessed with two kids, with whom I love spending an ample amount of time. All of this has taught me that Entrepreneurs must be passionate about what they do to the point where it is worth making sacrifices and, at times, suffering for.

As A Successful Business Woman What Would Your Advice Be To Young Women And Girls Who Aspire To Become Business Leaders And Entrepreneurs In The Future?

Take the time to study how you want to lead and what style of leadership works best for you while you're just getting started in your new role as CEO, Owner, Founder, or whatever title suits you. Come as you are and don’t try to fit a mold. I want the current era of working women to understand their worth and be the best version of themselves.
