In pursuit of higher education, she earned her Bachelor's in Commerce, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Law. She also holds a Master's degree in English from IGNOU. Under the guidance of a senior Supreme Court lawyer, she honed her legal skills, learning the art of drafting and gaining confidence to think beyond the ordinary. With over six years of experience in litigation, she transitioned to the corporate world in 2007, and it marked a turning point in her career. Fearlessly embracing dynamic challenges, she delved into global client projects, going above and beyond to exceed clients' expectations. She played key role in pioneering projects, such as implementing an obligation management system for a major IT outsourcing client and setting up offshore shared services locations in India and Bulgaria, Europe.

How does your prior work experience empower you to be a better business leader today?

My prior work experiences may not include a long list of companies, but every little experience I have gained has been profoundly impactful. Throughout my career as a law practitioner and corporate professional, I encountered influential people who left lasting impressions on me. My first senior during litigation taught me to stay positive amid negative energy. Working with female managers in the corporate world showcased hard work, intelligence, and finding joy in everything they did.

However, the most significant influence came from my co-founder at my current company. Her guidance shaped my career and taught me the importance of small gestures when working with people. Leading by example, strategic thinking, and trusting those around you have been invaluable lessons. I believe in not leaving behind the people I trust, avoiding judgments, and embracing positivity. This approach has made me more people-oriented, ensuring my utmost commitment to success with those I truly believe in.

ABIZ CORPORATION holds a special place in my heart. We are a distinguished and certified woman-owned contract and commercial management services and consulting company. We take pride in delivering exceptional services on a global  scale, catering to clients from various locations, including America, APAC, and Europe. As the co-founder and VP for service delivery and overall operations, I oversee global operations and manage client projects.

In its nearly eight years existence (headquartered in Arizona, USA with delivery offices in Bengaluru, India and Bulgaria), ABIZ CORPORATION has grown steadily, building a diverse team of contract professionals with both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Our proven methodology, whether applied to project-based work or consulting assignments, emphasizes customertailored solutions rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach. Understanding our clients' unique requirements is paramount to providing optimal solutions throughout the entire lifecycle of their contracts – from pre-execution to exit.

As business leaders, adapting to the swiftly evolving market, especially in our technology-driven industry, is paramount. While advancements like AI and machine learning offer immense value, we emphasize the importance of an internal self-assessment before introducing any new technology. Our 'Contract Assist Plus' methodology - spanning discovery, design, pilot, and implementation, is meticulously crafted to ensure success.

Then tell us about the key milestones you have achieved throughout your professional journey?

Looking back on my professional journey, there are several milestones I cherish. Firstly, my enriching six-year tenure under a senior lawyer at the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court laid the groundwork and broadened my horizons in litigation. My transition into the corporate world saw me join a contract management organization, where I undertook pivotal projects that fortified my expertise. Another significant turn came when my co-founder presented me with the chance to join the founding team of ABIZ. Spending nearly eight years with ABIZ, witnessing and contributing to its growth and consistent progress, is a chapter I look upon with immense pride.

What are your guiding principles as a business leader, and how do they shape your success? Do you have advice for aspiring women entrepreneurs or business leaders?

My success mantra is rooted in core principles that have steered my path and accomplishments. I place trust in those around me, offer opportunities, and maintain an open, non-judgmental perspective. These principles not only foster a constructive work environment but also inspire the team to excel. When I think of aspiring female entrepreneurs and business leaders, I am in awe of the innate strength and individuality women embody. We are remarkable beings, with an unparalleled knack for multitasking. I'm convinced of our capacity to balance every facet of life, from the personal to the professional, without missing a beat.
