Give Us Brief Details About Your Educational And Professional Background?

I am an MDS from the Esteemed College of Dental Sciences, Davangere which is one of the most premier institutes in India & across the globe. I am also a fellow of Implantology from International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Germany. Throughout my academic life, I have been awarded on numerous occasions and one achievement that I hold close to my heart is being awarded Gold Medal from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences for Securing 1st Rank amongst 30 colleges in Post Graduate Examination. I have worked in some of the most prominent dental hospitals and clinics in the country gaining valuable handson expertise and experience including Junior Residency from Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Delhi and being associated with Dharamshila Narayana Cancer Hospital and Sant Parmanand Hospital, Delhi.

Explain About Your Role At Taraash Dental And How Are You Leveraging Your Academic And Professional Expertise Across Your Venture’s Operations?

I have tried to utilise the best of my knowledge in establishing a practice where we are very critical about sterilization of our instruments, hygiene of the clinic, providing a positive environment to incoming patients and providing them with the best quality dental treatment along with comfort. Being a doctor, your utmost focus always remains in your treatment but for becoming a good entrepreneur you have to actively learn the art of multitasking which becomes quite a challenge. From my experience, I understood that managing a Clinic, Staff, Patients & Finances are few areas which are key to success for any dental clinic.

What Inspired You To Incept Taraash Dental? Brief Us About Various Offerings Of Your Clinic With A Key Highlight On The Flagship Offering?

I aspire to open a chain of dental clinics and heading towards my goal, opening my first clinic keeping the minutest details in mind was most important. I visited and spoke to various leading dental clinicians. did a lot of research and attended multiple exhibitions to understand the challenges which are most faced by a dentist and tried to mitigate those challenges. In terms of treatment offerings, we are a multi-speciality dental clinic and implant centre with all sorts of dental treatments being offered and we are equipped with the latest technologies and finest methods of delivering the services. The flagship offering at Taraash Dental is ZERO waiting time. I strongly believe in today’s era where everyone is super busy, we refrain from the age-old practice of making our patients wait, we rather give appointments and try to stick with our schedule to respect the valuable time of our patients.

What Advice Would You Like To Give To The Upcoming Generations In India And What Would You Tell Them To Expect In Their Journey?

Maintaining the highest quality standard of services is the key to a successful dental practice and in no case quality of treatment should be compromised. Plan well for your clinic instead of taking abrupt decisions as it saves a lot of time in managing the operational issues once you start operating a clinic. Plan your finances as a good clinic set-up requires huge investment.
