I have great plans for myself in the coming years. I look forward to enhancing my skills in hospital administration and aspire to represent India on an international level with the vision to do great things for society. In the coming years, I plan to start my venture in corporate training on leadership. Furthermore, my husband, who is a psychiatrist, and I are looking forward to launching a digital application providing door-to-door mental health services.
How do you foresee the Indian healthcare industry evolving shortly? What would be your advice for budding healthcare leaders?
India is rising and so is the healthcare industry. The Indian government is planning to introduce a credit incentive program that routes 500 billion to boost the country's healthcare infrastructure. Other multiple healthcare policies and digital health missions implemented by the government have helped boost the industry and create abundant opportunities for the aspirants. My advice for future healthcare leaders would be to grab every opportunity coming their way, balance their mental health and always carry a positive attitude throughout the journey.
