What are some important facets of your life and professional journey?
To emphasize, there are three key points. First, Trogon Group's heritage. Trust and integrity, passed down through generations, are the cornerstones of our business. As the third generation to join the company founded by my grandfather and later joined by my father, I am privileged to carry on this legacy.
Second, our customer-centricity. Trogon Group prioritizes client satisfaction above all else, consistently exceeding expectations to ensure complete satisfaction with our services.
Third, my role as a woman leader in a traditionally male-dominated industry. I am honored to be part of this positive shift and believe it's crucial to highlight the growing impact of women in real estate.

Introduce us to Trogon Group. Tell us about the underlying idea behind the venture and its key areas of expertise.
Trogon Group, a leading real estate developer in Gujarat, is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and a client-centric approach. We create exceptional living and working spaces, not just buildings. Founded by my grandfather as a government contractor, we have over five decades of experience, building bridges and roads across the country.
My father joined the company in 1992 and has spent the last 30 years leading the construction of landmark projects throughout Gujarat. The third generation has recently joined the business, and all three generations are very actively involved and dedicated to the group's continued success.
As the Managing Director for Trogon Group, what are the key roles and responsibilities you shoulder? What are your focus areas in terms of driving growth for the real estate company?
I currently oversee operations across sales, marketing, project planning, construction, and administration. The real estate industry has significant potential for growth through greater organization and a shift toward data-driven practices. At Trogon Group, we're working to address this by streamlining our operations and incorporating data analytics into our strategies.
Furthermore, my architectural background fuels my commitment to creating projects that are both innovative and highly functional. At Trogon Group, I've also focused on establishing collaborations with international consultants, bringing their expertise to Gujarat and Ahmedabad.
In your opinion, what are some of the most critical challenges you encounter as a young entrepreneur in the Indian real estate landscape? What steps do you undertake to overcome these roadblocks?
Continuing the legacy of my father and grandfather is my top priority. My journey with the Trogon Group began when I was quite young, and in these two and a half years, I've focused on developing my leadership skills. I've learned to confidently contribute my ideas and am excited to play a role in shaping the future of the company.
Throw some light on the most significant professional milestones you have achieved throughout your professional journey.
I'm passionate about empowering women in real estate, and I'm proud to have received a women's empowerment award in real estate in 2024. When I joined Trogon Group, I was the only woman, so I made it a priority to bring more women into every department. This remains a key focus for me. Since joining, I've also been committed to expanding our connections, working with national and international consultants, and bringing their expertise on board.
What has your success mantra been over the years?
I haven't relied on a specific mantra, but rather on a consistent commitment to hard work and ethical conduct. For me, success is built through dedication and integrity.
