Could you introduce us to Amaze Insurance Brokers? What are the firm's mission and key areas of expertise?

Amaze Insurance Brokers is the first of its kind to create a unique software platform for sheep insurance in Telangana state. The company complies with all regulations and standards and is now using internal software to manage daily operations. Amaze Insurance Brokers is licensed by IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India)vide license no.549. The company complies with IRDAI, ROC, GST, Income Tax, and other regulations and meets all deadlines. Professionalism, technical skills & competencies, and industry experience are a rare combination that is required to manage a client’s insurance portfolio at a world-class level. And, these traits are available to clients through Amaze Insurance Brokers.The company also plans to conduct insurance audits for clients to improve portfolios. Amaze Insurance Brokers has received numerous awards, including the Best of 5 Insurance Advisor Companies 2021 by Insights Success Magazine and Telangana Best Employer Brand Awards 2018.

As the founder and Vice Chairman, what are your primary areas of focus to drive Amaze Insurance Brokers' growth?

Leading an organization is not a cakewalk. At Amaze Insurance Brokers, my primary focus is to meet customer needs at all costs. We are also looking into launching commercial operations of our digital platform, www. bimastreet.com, and using technology to enhance customer service.

What are the critical challenges you face as a leader of Amaze Insurance Brokers, and how do you overcome them?

In today’s era, clients are more aware than ever before. Our main challenge is to be able to provide unique and effective solutions to varying customer needs. However, we are backed by an excellent team that leaves no stone unturned when it comes to overcoming stumbling blocks.

What are the top milestones which you have achieved during your professional journey, and what is your success mantra as a business leader?

Our achievements include developing a livestock insurance software application, acting as consultants to the Aarogyasri Scheme and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, and creating a self-funded health scheme for employees, pensioners, and their families. My success mantra is a commitment to quality and excellence in customer satisfaction, management, and service. We have been recognized amongst the 10 Fastest Growing Companies in 2022, 10 Most Promising Insurance Broking Company providers 2021, Best of 5 Insurance Advisors 2021, Insurance Brokers of the Year 2018, SKOCH Award 2016, Telangana Best Employer Brand Award2018 and India 500 Quality Leaders 2020. What is your opinion on the current state of women's representation in the BFSI industry and top leadership roles, and how do you see the situation developing in the future?

Today, more and morewomen are being employed and promoted to work for decision-making roles in many companies, this is because of their dedication and commitment levels which are high. As women are ready to take charge, this trend is here to stay while there’s more to conquer.
