What are some important facets of your life and professional journey?

During my career, I have explored various paths, each contributing uniquely to my professional journey. Commencing with software testing, I delved deep into the intricate network of quality assurance, honing precision, and diligence. Yet, an insatiable curiosity lured me toward the realm of Android development, where creativity intertwined with functionality. This change brought me to an IT services hub, full of innovation and energy.

Moving to London, I took on a management role, bringing together teamwork amid tech challenges. Today, amid the demands for cloud services and application development, my multifaceted journey stands as a testament to adaptability and proficiency, enriching my profile with a mosaic of skills and insights.

Introduce us to Dataevolve Solutions. What are the various responsibilities you shoulder as the Chief Operations Officer?

At Dataevolve Solutions, our primary focus revolves around cloud billing, which constitutes a significant portion of my daily responsibilities. With a client base of 150, managing the substantial revenue generated requires meticulous attention. Leading a team of finance professionals, and navigating the complexities of billing demands constant vigilance. Additionally, overseeing operational aspects, particularly in cloud billing intricacies, consumes a considerable chunk of my time daily. Addressing HR needs further occupies my agenda, with a workforce of 75 necessitating continuous recruitment and onboarding. Collaborating with dedicated HR team members ensures seamless personnel management. These tasks constitute the core of my day-to-day operations.

In your opinion what are some of the most critical challenges you encounter in your current role? What steps do you undertake to overcome these roadblocks?

In my perspective, one of the most critical challenges in my current role stemmed from our startup origins. Initially, with a modest team of 35 to 40 employees, we grappled with overreliance on a handful of individuals, leading to an overload of work. Overcoming this hurdle necessitated diversifying our talent pool, reducing dependency, and instituting robust processes. Establishing these frameworks proved arduous initially, requiring meticulous planning and perseverance. However, through concerted efforts, we have successfully structured our organization, mitigated dependency risks, and fostered a more sustainable operational model. This journey exemplifies our commitment to adaptability and resilience in navigating challenges and ensuring continued growth and success.

Throw light on the most critical professional milestone you have achieved over the years. What makes these achievements important to you?

In reflecting on my professional journey, the most pivotal milestone undoubtedly lies in my current role at Dataevolve Solutions. Balancing multiple responsibilities encompassing HR, and finance, and occasionally delving into pre-sales and tender documentation, this multifaceted role has been paramount in my growth. The challenges it presents have honed my skills and expanded my expertise, making this achievement profoundly significant. It underscores my adaptability and capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, marking a pivotal moment in my career trajectory.

What's your vision and roadmap for Dataevolve Solutions moving forward?

Our vision for Dataevolve Solutions is ambitious yet achievable. With our current workforce of 75 to 80 employees, we aspire to expand exponentially, aiming to become a 1000-employee-strong organization. As pioneers in cloud services, with partnerships with industry giants like Amazon Web Services, GCP, and Oracle, our roadmap is clear: to consolidate our position and rapidly scale our operations. Our ultimate goal is to evolve into a 1000 crore company, propelled by innovation, strategic partnerships, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
