However the journey of accomplishing her goals and becoming a businesswoman is not a usual one. Aakanksha was a science student at her school days,who even joined engineering for higher studies. Just like every Indian parents, her parents also suggested her to pursue a career in the science stream, but, Aakanksha had something big for her. She wanted to break the norms and drive a positive change in the society by pursuing something that is not just unique but beneficial to everyone. To achieve this, she took many tough decisions in her life and dropping engineering is one of them. Aakanksha then started her graduation in English honours and pursued MBA from Symbiosis Bangalore, before joining Microsoft and then Infosys. She worked in the IT sector for three years, but it was her interest in building the images of people that drove her to choose the path of image consulting. I realized the absence of a consultant for the people with great potential in the city, hence I decided to offer my best-establishing Elite Image in Ranchi. Also, I wanted to take a different path from others and that’s why I endeavoured to start with image consulting with a vision of transforming lives in a small city.
Do You Have Any Suggestion For Women Out There?
To be very honest, women are capable of doing miracles. Their potential is immeasurable, but yes they definitely need some support to unleash it. It's true that even a single-handed approach can also do wonders, but if there are two hands involved then a woman can achieve milestones. So, my suggestion for them will be – never underestimate your capability, don’t stop dreaming and once you have set a goal for yourself, chase for it with all that you have got. There is no one who can stop you to achieve your dreams. Believe in yourself and say it loud - Yes, I can and I will do it!
