Today, technology acts as a harbinger of change around the world. But as technology advances it levies the business and corporate sector with challenges that require greater attention from leaders of today. While it is difficult to sail across business uncertainties, the management leaders of today prove to be a blessing in disguise, guiding organizations along the change process management and business execution & development.
Astute business leaders are carefully crafted and honed at elite business schools. Among them IIM Lucknow- a business public school in India has really made a mark in the Business Management education category. Established in 1984 as the fourth Indian Institute of Management (IIM) by the Government of India, IIM Lucknow offers post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executive programs to individuals in management. Recognized as an `Institution of Excellence' by India's Ministry of Human Resource Development, it also serves as the mentor institution for the newly established IIM Jammu, IIM Rohtak and IIM Kashipur.
With its carefully curated curriculum, the institute has created many women leaders as well, who are heading significant organizations at national and international level across diverse industry sectors leveraging their dexterity in the domains.
