Iim-A: Adynamic Management Institute Crafting The Best Business Leaders Of Tomorrow

Technology and business has evolved greatly and the need of the hour is for visionary management gurus to lead the way for their respective organizations to align with the evolving needs of new-age business landscape.
The Indian government had anticipated the need for talented and skilled management professionals and had thus pushed for the establishment of management institutions that would be at par with their international counterparts. As such India got its IITs and IIMs, the seat of knowledge and innovation.
Topping the charts of the most coveted institutions of the nation is IIM Ahmedabad. one amongst a group of 20 public, autonomous institutes for management education and research in India, IIM-A is largely known to hone C-suite management leaders in business space today. Founded in 1961, IIM-A is a business school spread across 102 acres in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The institute offers master's degree programs in management and agri-business management, a fellowship program and a number of executive training programs to candidates to nurture or boost their business leadership skills. This business school has been accorded the status of an Institute of National Importance by Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India in 2017, while it was in 2020 IIM Ahmedabad was ranked first among the business schools in India by the National Institutional Ranking Framework. Additionally, during the period 2017– 21, it has been ranked first amongst the management institutions.

Arushi is a qualified CA and accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Arushi has worked with Ernst & Young and currently, she is the Director of Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, where she has played a key role in establishing the company as a major player in the pharma contract manufacturing sector.
Manasi Mayekar, Founder, Jumbo Exports is another alumnus of IIM-A featured in the magazine’s current edition. With Bachelor's in General Business and Commerce, and completing YEP program from IIM Ahmedabad, she is a proficient business leader boosting the Indian exports industry by providing for the exports of Engineering products to 30 countries across the world, while having a strong foothold in Africa and the Middle East market.
