HR's Current Priority To Maximise Productivity While Boosting Flexibility & Efficiency

The Indian human resource industry has expanded at tremendous speed. According to a report by Executive Recruiters Association and Ernst & Young, HR industry in India grew at a CAGR of 21 percent. Over the years, the industry has gotten more organised and tech forward. Digital transformation has played a crucial role in the industry’s evolution. This evolution was put in high gear during and after the global pandemic.
The covid-19 crisis has brought about a paradigm shift in the way companies look at HR. retaining and engaging talent has never been tougher and never has it been more crucial. The top priority for the industry today is to bring a working model into place that optimises productivity and boosts flexibility and efficiency alike.
This industry change is being brought about by every future focused HR outfit. In this edition of Women Entrepreneur India magazine, we introduce you to women leaders who have built next-gen HR consultancies that are at the forefront of the industry’s evolution.
Meet Vaishali Rawat, Founder & Chief Consultant, Career Midas. An accomplished HR professional with almost two decades of experience in the Banking and HR industry, Vaishali started her career as a Center Head in an educational organization before shifting to Banking and later, to HR. She founded Career Midas, a Delhi NCR-based recruitment organization, in 2015 and has been working as the Founder & Chief Consultant at the firm. Apart from being an entrepreneur, Vaishali is a passionate Nutrition Advisor and is also one of the founding members of Vardana Foundation, An NGO actively working on sustainable development, education and healthcare of underprivileged children.
We also feature Riya Roger, Founder, Recruit Right HR Solutions in the current magazine edition. Riya has a bachelor's in management Studies from CKT College, Mumbai University. She has been an HR professional for several years and has worked across various sectors such as IT, Edtech, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, and Healthcare before venturing into entrepreneurship. Riya considers mentoring and supporting budding talented HR professionals as the most rewarding aspect of her career as an HR leader. Riya aims to develop long, trustworthy relationships with her team, clients, and candidates through an empathetic approach to drive the growth of all stakeholders.
Sejal Darji, Founder, Blueberry Resume Consulting is another young and enterprising business leader featured in the magazine. Sejal boasts of a 12-year-long career during which she has worked with Odesk, 1st Allbest Human Resource, The Ian Martin Group, and Integrated Resources, prior to establishing Blueberry in 2019. Additionally, she has also worked as an Independent BPO Recruiter for leading BPO companies to supply Call Centre Agents, Customer Care Executive, and Process Executives.
