Have Hunger & Determination to Run through Brick Wall

It's for decades professionals have been talking about gender bias in every industry. But today's women professionals believe that if you have the hunger and determination to run through the brick wall, there is nothing that can stop you from achieving zenith. Especially the recruitment industry in the recent years has seen a dramatic shift in mindset. The sector has moved away from the usual `male-dominated' tag to being predominantly led by women professionals.

So what worked in favour of women recruiters? It is their ability to multi-task, emotionally in tune and usually build good rapport with clients/candidates that make them a better leader in the industry. Today, more women emerge in position of authority/responsibility which has a huge influence on every industry. On the other hand, the changing focus on creating a work-life balance is also attracting more women in the HR industry while giving them wings to fly high to achieve their dreams. However, it is more about emphasizing on problem solving and overcoming issues before they occur to be able to tackle them head on and use negotiation tactics. But don't get swayed away with other's thought that success comes overnight. It is a journey that needs you to become obsessive and go above and beyond the normal working day to be the best in anything.
