They say, health is wealth. This age-old adage holds all the more weight in today’s world. With life’s pace picking up, competition in professional spheres rising and global unrest, it has become all the more difficult yet critical to care for one’s health and wellbeing.

Signifying the relevance of wellness’s rise in modern India is the booming Indian health and wellness market. Home to a large spectrum of services and products, the industry has been undergoing remarkable change and transformation in recent years specifically since the Covid-19 Pandemic began. People became more proactive and conscious about their health and hygiene. Personal well-being became an important aspect for every individual. Due to this surge, reports say between 2020 and 2024, India's health and wellness moved towards a massive advancement which is estimated to be $1,299.84 billion.

Technology has evolved into an effective tool for connecting female consumers with new-age wellness platforms and services. Across the country we have seen a surge in apps, websites, and telehealth services that cater to boosting women’s wellness. A key component of this puzzle is women founder wellness companies that understand women’s needs closely and thus are able to address these requirements well.

As a firm believer in evidence-based wellness, I see technological advancements helping people overcome the lifelong effects of today’s lifestyle-related wellness issues.”
