Leadership is a trait unique to each individual. Each business leader approaches leadership based on their specific personalities and values, however, the end goal is often the same: to build a flourishing business leader.
It is always interesting to get to know the deep thoughts and ideas that drive business leaders. Getting a glimpse into the inner workings of their mind is thought-provoking and also inspirational.
The current edition of Women Entrepreneurs Review magazine spotlights some of India’s promising women leaders. Through in-depth conversations with these diverse women leaders, we strive to get a better understanding of what drives business leaders and makes them successful.

Supriya who is a former IT professional who stepped into the creative industry to continue the legacy of her late husband and founder of KNT Creations. For Surpiya, business success is built on facing challenges head on. She says, “Every difficulty teaches you something valuable and helps you grow. Problems shouldn’t be feared; they should be embraced as opportunities to learn and improve.”

For this sustainability warrior, business success is rooted in purposeful action.
