Intellectual Property as a concept has emerged only in the 21st century but in the modern context IP law has gained massive prevalence. IP law has also undergone several refinements and evolutions lately. With innovation and creation reaching a peak in the current era, IP law has also been undergoing a revolution of sorts.
The Indian IP law landscape has developed rapidly with various new-age firms vying for the top spot. These firms are keeping up with the needs of the hour, one of which is the necessity of creating a ‘diverse & inclusive team’.
According to experts a diverse team bolsters an organization’s exposure to varied stories, perceptions, skills and ideas. This diversity is what inspires the creation of new ideas and innovation that can act as a differentiating factor for an organization.
