For her, life is a multidimensional reality that unfolds the cause & effect phenomenon in nature. These experiences paved the way for the invention of Aashwasan Science, an energy-based technology.

In an exclusive interview with Women Entrepreneur magazine, Rashmi Aiyappa walks us through her professional journey:
Take us through the genesis of your tryst with spirituality and understanding your life's purpose. Were there any notable early life experiences that helped you realise your potential in terms of helping elevate human experiences?
Right from my childhood, I viewed life differently. I experienced life as a dynamic process of unfolding that showed me the as-is reality of happenings in life (which now is referred to as the Lifeforce Mechanism at Aashwasan) and the root cause behind those happenings (This phenomenon is referred to as the Timeless Phenomenon.) My complete trust and acceptance of myself and my submission to the phenomenon I was experiencing, opened deeper secrets of life and life beyond death. It opened the secrets of nature and the universe.
Across multitudes of lives, over the first 30 years of my life, I discovered the fundamental mechanisms that governed human reality. I witness the body-mind-soul connection, its experience and manifestation as an as-is phenomenon. The soul is the lifeforce energy that brings the body to life and is the source hub of all the knowing, potential and purpose one is born with. Mind and body are two tools that function according to the guidance of the soul. Through my life experiences, I discovered that people were deeply unaware of their true reality. Evolution has altered natural mechanisms in lifeforms against the way they were originally created, and because of this, today, human beings are living with significantly diminished experience of their natural mechanism. Therefore, we are witnessing increased incidence of incurable diseases, increased frequency of natural disasters and extreme impact of global warming on climate, natural resources and environment.
Tell us about the building blocks of Aashwasan Science, the unique spiritual technology developed by you. How does it amalgamate science and spirituality?
When there is clarity in knowing and there is an absolute experience of knowledge, there are possibilities to create. My experiences from birth and the knowing led to the birth of Aashwasan in 2005 which was shown to me as a path to reach the science of life's mechanism to the world.
To bring human mechanism back to its original format and take human beings towards nature preservation, I brought together my discoveries, the knowledge of Lifeforce Mechanism and Timeless Phenomenon to bring forth a subtle energy scientific methodology, Aashwasan Science. It is one science that encompasses the mechanisms of all life forms into a single dynamic format, demystifying the root cause of all unknown, be it a disease, situations of life, relationships or not knowing one's self at all! To bring this science to every individual, I founded Aashwasan, the movement of hope and love.
Aashwasan Science is a spiritual technology which is instrumental in restoring the natural mechanism in lifeforms and nature. It is spiritual in origin, scientific in approach and experiential in nature. It is an amalgamation of Spirituality and Science. In reality, Science and Spirituality are not two different things. Spirituality is the experience of the phenomena and Science is the knowing of the phenomena.
What sort of real-life transformation are you looking to bring about in people's lives through your work? How do you leverage Aashwasan Science in the corporate context to help individuals in leadership positions?
A human being is a wholesome creation. We are all born with our unique talents, purpose and paths. But we are busy following others and running after something that validates our self-worth. Instead of discovering our uniqueness from within, we seek approval for our existence. For every question that arises inside us, we are seeking answers outside us. There is so much more to us hidden behind the conditioning we have been through. Be it at a personal level or professional level, we are expressing a minuscule part of our inborn potential.

The techniques I use in the spiritual world are manifested as experiential journeys for people and are result oriented. This is the same principle that is applied in the software company, where technology is developed to magnify humaneness and to bring the excellence of human performance. The vision is not to replace humanity with technology, but rather bring humanity right on the top and maintain the higher intelligence of human intellect.
At Aank, the consulting company which conceptualises humanness, we are developing technologies that create a space for people to move closer to who they are.
Aashwasan Science is also leveraged to address and counter various physical ailments. Can you elaborate on the same? How did it help people during the Covid19 crisis?
Every problem finds its own solution. That is the way our life is created to be. Nature works in infinite and relevant ways, providing pathways to reach one's own answers. Every time an individual reaches the doorstep of Aashwasan, a new technique gets created through me.
The Year 2020 brought the worst-ever pandemic to us. Everyone was caught unawares. Although our body is endowed with self-healing capacity by birth, however, we are not able to fall back on our own inner intelligence. For instance, our immune system is designed to defend our body from diseases and viruses, but sometimes the immune system itself creates issues in the body when it starts overreacting or attacking its own system, thereby creating auto-immune conditions and allergies of different kinds. Aashwasan Science services strengthen, repair and give direction to the immune system to respond appropriately. Auto-immune conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and allergies found reversal.

We saw unprecedented results where even people on ventilators could respond and come out of life-threatening situations.
In today's modern world a large majority of people are faced with physiological and emotional challenges of varying degrees. How do you utilise Aashwasan Science to help people deal with such challenges?
If you really look deeper and get to the basics of human life, most issues are emotional in nature. Emotions play the most crucial role in one's health and well-being. Most of us live with unresolved emotions that remain as unresolved energy in our bodies, altering our natural mechanisms over time. The body goes through chemical changes, which lead to behavioural changes, both in body and mind. People suffer from mental illnesses and physical manifestations in the form of diseases and disorders.
Do you know - when we do not resolve our emotions, we pass on those unresolved energies to our children?
All mental health issues ultimately reflect in your body as physiological conditions. More than 70% of our health conditions are created inside us.

It helps an individual address the root cause of all conditions to bring permanent solutions, thereby restoring optimal health and well-being, and a healthy relationship with self and the world. One of your primary beliefs is, "Love is where it all begins". Can you elaborate on this thought and its significance in your work as a spiritual scientist?
Love is not just an emotion; it is the experience of connection with life. Love is a frequency at which the universe connects and communicates with the life force in every living being. It is the core of all creation. Love keeps life in integrity. Being in the experience of love keeps harmony and balance in nature. Without connecting to one's true self, nothing can ever change in our lives. If one truly wishes to see a change in oneself, in one's life or in the world, one must start with love within because love is where it all begins!
Going forward, what is your road map as a spiritual scientist? Are there any new techniques or arenas of work that you will foray into going forward?
