What does independence mean to you as a woman entrepreneur in today's India?

For me, independence is the freedom to think beyond conventions, make bold decisions, and build something that creates lasting impact. As a woman entrepreneur in LegalTech, I believe true independence also means creating systems where justice, opportunity, and technology are accessible to everyone. India today is not just breaking barriers; it is building new ones of possibility. As women leaders, our responsibility is to be at the forefront of that transformation.

What role are women leaders and entrepreneurs playing in shaping India's growth story?

Women will not just be part of India’s growth story...they will help define it. We are moving from occupying leadership positions to creating businesses, technologies, institutions, and ideas that shape industries. In LegalTech, I have seen how technology can transform something as fundamental as access to justice. The next phase of India’s growth will require women to lead with ambition, innovation, and the courage to challenge the status quo. When women build, they don’t just create businesses; they create possibilities for the generations that follow.
