Soha Ali Khan: All About Her

Soha Ali Khan has built an acting career spanning more than two decades, working across Hindi, Bengali and English-language films. Known for performances that demonstrated her versatility beyond the conventional Bollywood mould, she came from a family deeply connected to cinema and public life. Yet, as she entered her mid-forties, Soha chose to use that visibility in a different way, turning towards conversations that address subjects often overlooked in mainstream celebrity culture.

In August 2025, she launched All About Her on YouTube and Spotify, developing the show from conversations she had with friends about issues women frequently hesitate to discuss openly. Ageing, hormones, mental health, nutrition, parenting and work-life balance form the backbone of the series. Episodes generally run for around an hour and bring together a well-known personality with a subject-matter expert, allowing personal experiences to be complemented by practical, expert-backed insights.

The show's first episode, Are We REALLY Eating Right?, featuring Malaika Arora and celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, became its biggest success. It has attracted around 703K views, making it the channel's most-watched instalment. The episode worked because it brought together Malaika's celebrity fitness experience and Rujuta's traditional, food-first approach to nutrition. More importantly, it established the tone of the show: relatable conversations supported by informed perspectives.

By combining celebrity experiences with expert knowledge, Soha has created a platform that makes difficult conversations more accessible. In a society where discussions around women's bodies, ageing and mental health can still be accompanied by stigma, All About Her represents a move towards greater openness and normalisation.
