Archana Stalin - myHarvest Farms
Archana P. Stalin, a Geoinformatics graduate from the College of Engineering, Guindy, transitioned from roles at NativeLead Foundation and Naturals Salon to co-founding myHarvest Farms with her husband, Stalin K., in 2016. What began as a terrace gardening experiment soon evolved into a farm-to-home organic movement. She is now the Founder and Growth Champion of myHarvest Farms, connecting people closer to nature and helping them enjoy safe, healthy food through natural farming.
Leasing land in Tiruvallur, the couple piloted a subscription model delivering fresh, chemical-free produce and eggs to 18 families, growing from Rs 8 lakh in their first year to Rs 1 crore in subsequent years. Today, myHarvest serves thousands of households with organic vegetables, millets, oils, honey, and traditional snacks, all sourced from trusted local farmers.
