Sairee Chahal, an Indian entrepreneur, investor, and advocate for women's participation in the economy. She spent her IMT Ghaziabad years devoted to building the "#WomensInternet" by addressing systemic gaps in employment flexibility, financial inclusion, mentorship, and a safe community for millions of women. She started Fleximoms in 2012 for mothers offering flexible work opportunities and SHEROES in 2014, which turned out to be India's largest women-only online ecosystem, empowering millions of women.
She also serves as the founder and chairperson of Mahila Money, a Delhi-based microfinance platform, aims to bridge the financial inclusion gap for women by offering microloans, financial literacy tools, and community support. The platform provides collateral-free, paperless loans of up to Rs 25 lakhs through a digital app, targeting women underserved by traditional microfinance institutions. Mahila Money also offers investment and insurance products, business support services, and a community platform for financial education.
