Prakriti Varshney, a young Indian woman has also made it to the list for scaling Mount Everest. At the age of 26, she became the first female vegan to submit to Everest. Additionally, she recently ascended Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Kenya, and Mount Stanley which are three of Africa's highest peaks. She has stated that she wants to reach nine more peaks across various nations. Prakriti currently owns and operates a hostel for travelers in a cottage in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. She utilizes her social media platform to promote animal welfare on behalf of all animals and volunteers with an organization that rescues animals.
