The firm is led by AbhishekJajoo, who is the Founding Partner & Group CEO of the firm. We are a public policy level risk and compliance firm and have been a Super Brand since 2020. Recently, we also won the Corporate Leaders of UAE award. Presently, we are providing service in 11 countries i.e., UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, India, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, UK, and Hong Kong.

Shed some light on your early educational journey and the industry experience that you bring to the table. What are the various responsibilities you shoulder as the Partner- International Operations for Ajms Global?

I have done my Master's in International Business from the reputed Jaipur International College for Girls, Rajasthan. I joined Ajms Global in 2018, as the Group HR Head after its inception, and presently, I am working as a Partner in International Operations. As the Partner- International Operations, my responsibilities at Ajms global include, office management, operations management, as well as taking care of marketing activity and client relationship. I have a team of ten people working with me and we, as a team, are responsible for the marketing and operations of the firm. One of my responsibilities has been establishing tie-ups with the universities across UAE, Oman, and Bahrain, which include reputed names such as Amity University, Manipal University, American University of Sharjah, and many.

In your opinion, what are some of the most significant milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey? What has been the driving force behind your success as a business leader?

I joined Ajms Global in 2018, while it was a newly formed startup. After joining the firm, I have helped establish tie-ups with many professional and academic institutions. At the same time I took care of the overall marketing function of the firm as well. Those efforts have paid-off, and today, Ajms Global has been winning the Super Brand status for three consecutive years while looking forward to many more. For me, the whole journey has been truly a joyride.

I would like to thank my colleagues as well as Partners at Ajms Global for their support and guidance throughout my stay at the firm. I am also thankful to our CEO Abhishek for giving me the perfect platform as well as the freedom to take decisions and ownership.

“If you want to grow, first make sure that your team is happy and comfortable with you”

What steps do you take to keep yourself well aligned with the periodic evolutions occurring in your field of work? What would your advice be to young women and girls who also aspire to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?

Regarding new trends, Sustainability,cypto/blockchain, IoT, and more, are some of the new trends that we are focused on currently. We are launching our new crypto AML software tool, which is unique in the market. We've also done a partnership with CRIF to develop a tool on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). I have also been a part of Corporate Tax software developed by us as the UAE government is going to introduce the said law next year. The advice I would like to give to young women and budding entrepreneurs is to believe in themselves. Think that you can do it and you will achieve everything. If you want to grow, first make sure that your team is happy and comfortable with you, as we can't grow alone. It is only with the team that we can truly grow.
