TVS Motor Announces Madhu Srivastava as President, Group HR

TVS Motor Company has effectively appointed experience in HR leadership across a number of sectors, including Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Manufacturing - Madhu Manral Srivastava, to the President and Group Head Human Resources role, effective February 7th, 2026.

Working out of Bengaluru, her appointment comes as TVS is continuing to develop a strong global presence by growing its business within the Mobility, Financial Services and Real Estate sectors.

The Chairman of TVS Motor Company, Sudarshan Venu, said that her vast HR expertise would benefit TVS Group's Organizational Agendas and strengthen the Group’s focus on people and organizations.

He went on to state that her experience and background will help TVS’ global growth continue as well as build upon TVS’ strong Values, Trust, and Standards of Excellence in the face of competitiveness in this rapidly evolving environment.

Before joining TVS Motor Company, Madhu worked at Vedanta as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer.

She was responsible for developing a company-wide employee strategy and integrating into HR her responsibilities and areas of expertise including the addition of Cairn India and various other acquisitions and she provided leadership development and capability development and supported cultural transformation at times of organisational growth and change.

Since Madhu's departure, Neha Sharma has been appointed as Group CHRO effective on February 10th by Vedanta.

Additionally, she has held senior HR positions such as Citibank, Genpact, Reliance Infocom, GE Capital International Services and Godrej, giving her extensive experience with large-scale recruitment and business-oriented HR operations.
