LatentView Analytics appoints Remadevi Thottathil as New CHRO

LatentView Analytics has appointed Remadevi Thottathil as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over two decades of experience in talent management, leadership, and organizational development, she will lead the company's HR strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and related functions. Remadevi, the first woman to be commissioned as an officer in the Indian Navy, will drive the company's growth and innovation.
On the appointment of Remadevi, the Chief Executive Officer of LatentView, Rajan Sethuraman expresses "As LatentView continues to drive innovation and industry leadership, we strongly believe that our growth lies in the strength and talent of our people.
